第七屆佛頂尊勝佛母法會注意事項公告

公告第七屆佛頂尊勝佛母法會注意事項,敬請與會大眾配合。

 

 ◎ 公告事項

 

(一)除主辦單位外,謝絕在會場範圍內設攤或發送任何善書、經典、刊物、結緣品…。

 

(二)本次活動已安排專人攝影,謝絕媒體採訪或拍攝。與會者請勿在法會進行中,起立拍照或走動拍照。

            中場休息時雖可拍照,但請關閉閃光裝置。尤其請勿以閃光裝置針對仁波切或喇嘛拍攝。

 

(三)需代訂素食便當者,請於每日9:00前向櫃檯登記並領取餐券,中午憑餐券領取便當。

            開放小額隨喜打齋,意者請逕投供齋功德箱。

 

(四)服裝請配合:

             (1) 男眾:請穿西裝打領帶或中山裝

             (2) 女眾:請穿辦公室套裝或長裙裝

 

(五)與會者請將手機關機或改為靜音狀態,以免干擾法會進行與觀修。

 

(六)供結緣之千供品:

            經仁波切、喇嘛、數以百計之僧俗二衆整日共修陀羅尼加持之千供品十分殊勝,每天下午撤下之水、花、

            香、燈、傘、壽桃等千供品,將提供與會者結緣請回。(墊在壽桃下的米請回後,僅供餵養鳥類、野生動

            物,信眾請勿食用。)

            千供之藏紅花水將於每日法會結束時置於茶桶,與會者請自行攜帶容器前來盛裝請回。

 

(七)繞壇城時,敬請配合引眾義工之引導。

 

(八)千供法會期間,若有給予灌頂,請勿在灌頂期間錄音。

 

(九)法會現場法本可供借閱/請購,借閱者請於離開會場時返還至櫃檯。

 

(十)如同往昔,櫃檯提供長生祿位之填寫,費用隨喜。

 

(十一)此次法會有提供超渡牌位之填寫,費用隨喜<專款專用>。填寫超渡牌位名字時,請務必以工整字體書

                寫,因需建檔及譯成英文,以利仁波切對其不只一次的超度修法。歡迎自行中英文並列填寫。

 

(十二)為方便與會者有更充裕的時間填寫,亦歡迎逕以社會上廣為流通的紙質【長生祿位】、【往生蓮位】

                自行填寫清楚後,帶至法會現場,交給櫃檯義工。

 

(十三)《對號入座辦法》:

                 (1) 每天7:00開始開放進場,每人限領一張座位證,配合工作人員引導,憑座位證上之號碼就座。

                 (2) 座位證每日不同,隔日無效。

                 (3) 會場中午僅清潔但不清場,故一張座位證表示上、下午坐在同一座位,下午無須重新排隊。

                 (4) 若【中途離開後不會回來參加法會】或者【中途須離席超過1小時者】,請務必將座位證繳回櫃檯。

                 (5)【經主辦單位認定】中途離席超過1小時者,得認定原座位證自動失效,恕無法再依該證入場,該

                        座位將由他人遞補,敬請見諒。

                 (6) 法會期間,仁波切法座位置可能視因緣有所變動,無法事先預知,請大家隨緣自在、憑座位證號安

                        坐當下。

                 (7) 座位區共劃分為數區,請參見法會現場櫃檯處海報或座位證後圖示。

 

(十四)若天侯不佳,將開放於大會堂內用餐,但禁止攜帶葷食入內。

 

(十五)請勿在法會大會堂內享用飲品,以免弄濕地毯。

 

(十六)請協助做垃圾分類。

 

(十七)台北天氣最近寒冷多雨溫差大,而此次法會仍與往年一樣採《 坐在蒲團座墊上》,惟腿部不適, 無法

                就座低位者,請事先告知櫃檯義工,以便備椅,惟椅數有限,以腿疾者優先。

 

   ※※ 特別呼籲與會者《尤其是穿着裙式套裝者》自行攜帶蓋腿布,以免受寒及不便。

                                                                                                                                                    

 

悉達多本願佛學會保留解釋、變更活動辦法之權利。如有未盡事宜,得隨時補充修正之。

The announcement for the 7th Usnisha Viajaya Puja, for your cooperation. 

 

◎ Attention

 

1. No Buddhist books, sutras, publications etc. are allowed to be displayed or distributed in the venue, except

     those done by the organizer.

 

2. We don’t accept media interview or shoot for this event as we have arranged the professional photographers.

     The participants should not stand up or move around to take photos in the course of the puja.

     Photo-shooting is allowed during break but don’t use flash, especially not use for Rinpoche or lamas.

 

3. If you need to order vegetarian lunch box, sign up at the front desk by 9am of the day and get lunch box with

     the meal ticket at noon.

     Small donation for offering vegetarian food is welcome. If you want to donate, put the money into the “Merit

     Box”.

 

4.  Dress code:

      (1) Gentlemen: Suit with a tie or Mao suit.

      (2) Ladies: Office suit or long skirt.

 

5. Cell phone should be switched off or put into “silent” mode in    order not to disturb the proceeding of the

     puja and visualization.

 

6.  Thousand-offering substances:

      The thousand-offering substances---water, flowers, incenses, lamps, umbrellas and long-life buns---are very

      special because they are blessed by the dharani which Rinpoche, lamas and hundreds of participants chant

      whole day. The participants can take them home after the daily practice finishes. (The rice under the

      long-life buns are only for birds or wild animals, not for humans.)

      The saffron water is put in the tea buckets. Bring your own container to take it home.

 

7. Please follow the volunteers’ guidance while circumambulating the mandala.

 

8. If an initiation is given during the puja, don’t do recording.

 

9. The texts are available to borrow and purchase. Return the text to the front desk when you leave

     if you borrow it.

 

10. The forms of wishing for longevity and prosperity are available for filling out at front desk.

       Make a donation in any amount.

 

11. The forms of releasing souls from purgatory are available. Make a donation for it in any amount.

       (The fund is used exclusively for its intended purpose.)

       Please write the names legibly to help us set up the file and translate the names into English.

       Rinpoche will practice several times for this. Writing in both Chinese and English is encouraged.

 

12. Pre-filled forms of wishing for longevity and prosperity and releasing souls from purgatory are encouraged.

       Hand them to the front desk volunteers.

 

13. Seat by number:

 

        (1) Door opens at 7:00am. One person can take only one ticket. Take your seat according to the number

               on the ticket with the volunteers’ guidance.

        (2) Take a seat ticket for that day. A ticket of other day is invalid.

        (3) The venue is cleaned but not cleared during lunch break. The same seat ticket is valid for both morning

               and afternoon sections. It is not necessary to line up for fternoon seat.

        (4) Please return the seat ticket if you leave and don’t come back or are absent for more than one hour.

        (5) If the organizer presumes the absence exceeds one hour, the seat ticket automatically becomes invalid

               and the seat will be filled by others.

        (6) In the course of the puja, Rinpoche will change his seat, which is unknown in advance. So please sit

               at ease.

        (7) The seats are divided into several zones. For the details of Seat Zone Plan , please refer to the poster

               at front desk or the reverse of the seat ticket.

 

14. In case of bad weather, the main hall is open for dining, while no meat is allowed inside it.

 

15. To keep the carpet clean and dry, please don’t drink in the main hall.

 

16. Please help us with waste sorting.

 

17. It is cold and rainy and the temperature varies greatly these days in Taipei. We prepare cushions for sitting.

       If you can not sit low, please inform front desk volunteers. We have chairs. But as there are just few, those

       who have leg problems are the first priority.

 

We suggest you bring something to cover your leg, especially for those who are wearing skirts, to avoid coldness

and inconvenience.
